Full Returns within 30 days for Domestic Orders on ClarksBotanicals.com: We understand that skincare is a personal purchase. Sometimes an item that was purchased is not right for you. Please email cs@clarksbotanicals.com for a pre-paid shipping label for your return and we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment.
- Your satisfaction is our top priority. In case you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, you may return the product(s) that is/are more than half full for a full refund within 30 days after receiving your purchase.

I bought a two pack of this lip balm for my daughter. She said one of the tubes was filled with mostly air and had only a tiny bit of balm in it while the other tube was fine. She likes the balm and said it feels good on her problem lips. For $15.00 per tube, needless to say I wasn’t happy that she didn’t get any use out of one of the tubes I purchased and had to throw it away.
