RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If your package is damaged by the carrier during shipment, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately

Please include your order number for the most expedient service. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged item will be replaced.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE RESTRICTIONS
Shop with confidence. Any full sized product purchased from us can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Please note that this policy does not apply to trial kits or subscription renewal items.

We may also be able to suggest an alternative product or help problem solve as to why your product is not working for you.
While we’re happy to refund or replace your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges.

Please add $10.00 for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
At this time, we do not ship to more than one address per order.
You may purchase up to five units of each item.
We are required by law to apply sales tax to orders (including shipping & handling) for the following states: NJ, NY, PA, TX.
