Full Returns within 30 days for Domestic Orders on ClarksBotanicals.com: We understand that skincare is a personal purchase. Sometimes an item that was purchased is not right for you. Please email cs@clarksbotanicals.com for a pre-paid shipping label for your return and we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment. For return requests beyond 30 days, please email cs@clarksbotanicals.com for assistance.
- Your satisfaction is our top priority. In case you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, you may return the product(s) that is/are more than half full for a full refund within 30 days after receiving your purchase.
- We are so committed to your satisfaction that we will cover the cost of your return shipping – please contact cs@clarksbotanicals.com for a return shipping label
- Refunds are processed to the card/method of payment that was used in the original order.
- If the product is a gift, we can refund it via a gift card using the name of the purchaser or order number
- Empty bottles/tubes of products cannot be accepted.
- You may not receive a (full) refund in cases where the product has been used beyond what is deemed reasonable to trial the product. For example, a product that is empty or almost empty. This also applies to a product that has been damaged after you have received it.
- Returns that exceed the 30 day guarantee period cannot be accepted.
- We do not accept returns from orders placed via a reseller.
