RETURNS
Full Returns within 30 days for Domestic Orders on ClarksBotanicals.com: We understand that skincare is a personal purchase. Sometimes an item that was purchased is not right for you. Please email cs@clarksbotanicals.com for a pre-paid shipping label for your return and we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment.
- Your satisfaction is our top priority. In case you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products, you may return the product(s) that is/are more than half full for a full refund within 30 days after receiving your purchase.
- We are so committed to your satisfaction that we will cover the cost of your return shipping – please contact cs@clarksbotanicals.com for a return shipping label

I have combination melanated skin. I’ve been using this product for about 2 months now and I must say it is truly a gem. Especially for moisturizing in summer because neither the oil or cream are heavy. Lip balm is perfection. A 10/10. I do however wish that Jazmin vital oil and cream came in larger jars.
