We recommend storing our products in a cool, dark space.
Our products are effective for up to two years from the date of manufacture and for 12 months after you first open a product.
While most of our products are safe for pregnant women, we do not recommend our Retinol Rescue Overnight Cream if you are pregnant. We always recommend checking with your physician.
We do not currently carry any products with SPF, but we hope to in the future! We recommend that you wear SPF during the day with all of our products.
Our products that contain fragrance smell differently now due to the use of natural fragrances or essential oils. They also may not be as thick as they were due to the use of natural emulsifiers. We’re encouraged to continue to manufacture products without harmful ingredients, to be as clean, green and sustainable as possible.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
After ordering, you'll receive a confirmation email. After the order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a second email that your order has shipped with a tracking number. By clicking that tracking number, you'll be taken to the carrier’s website to see where your order is in the process.
We use USPS and FedEx. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
