RETURNS

Full Returns within 30 days for Domestic Orders on ClarksBotanicals.com: We understand that skincare is a personal purchase. Sometimes an item that was purchased is not right for you. Please email cs@clarksbotanicals.com for a pre-paid shipping label for your return and we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment. For return requests beyond 30 days, please email cs@clarksbotanicals.com for assistance.

• You may not receive a (full) refund in cases where the product has been used beyond what is deemed reasonable to trial the product. For example, a product that is empty or almost empty. This also applies to a product that has been damaged after you have received it.
• Returns that exceed the 30 day guarantee period cannot be accepted.
